Payment and Cancellation Policies

At Cultural Voyagers PVT Limited, we strive to provide exceptional service and ensure our customers’ satisfaction. We understand that travel plans may change, or unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we aim to accommodate our customers to the best of our abilities. Please read our refund policy below to understand our guidelines and procedures.

Cancellations by Customers:

For cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the departure date, we offer a 90% refund of the total booking

amount. This is only in the case if flights or hotels or any services are not pre booked, in case of pre bookings the cancellation policy as per the service providers policy will be applied.

Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the departure date are non-refundable.

In the event that Cultural Voyagers Pvt Limited needs to cancel or modify a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer the customer the option to reschedule their trip or provide a refund voucher by deducting the cost incurred on any services for example,visa flights or any other service.

If the cancellation or modification is due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or transportation disruptions such as flight cancelation, we will make every effort to assist the customer in rescheduling their trip or provide a suitable alternative. However, refunds may not be possible in such situations.


Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within 30 business days after receiving the cancellation request email or when applicable, the notification of cancellation or modification by Cultural Voyagers Pvt Limited.

Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original booking. Please note that any transaction fees or currency conversion charges incurred during the initial booking may not be refundable.


Exceptions

Certain services or products may have specific refund policies or restrictions imposed by our partners, such as airlines, hotels, or other service providers. In such cases, the refund policy of the respective partner will apply, and we will assist customers in obtaining the applicable refund.

Refund Requests:

To request a refund, customers must submit a written request via email or through our customer support channels. The request should include the booking details, reason for cancellation, and any supporting documentation if required.

Please note that this refund policy is subject to change and may be updated from time to time. It is the responsibility of the customer to review the refund policy at the time of booking or prior to making any cancellations.

Reservations and Payments

Reservations for Cultural Voyagers tours must be made through our website or by contacting us directly. A deposit is required to secure a reservation and the balance of the payment is due prior to the start of the tour. We accept payment by credit card or bank transfer. A 50% Payment will be made on booking time and the remaining 50% will be paid 7-10 days before the tour start.

Liability: Cultural Voyagers is not responsible for any personal injury, property damage, or other loss that may occur during a tour. Participants are responsible for their own safety and are expected to follow all instructions provided by Cultural Voyagers staff. By booking a tour with Cultural Voyagers, you acknowledge and accept these risks.


Photos and Marketing

By participating in a Cultural Voyagers tour, you grant us permission to use any photos or video taken during the tour for marketing and promotional purposes.


Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state.
